Due to the continued success and growth of the business they now require additional support in the talent team. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting in resourcing projects and corporate portfolios with outstanding talent. You will be comfortable with meeting with and taking briefs with internal stakeholders as well as: • Amending/writing position descriptions, writing and positing adverts • Strategic sourcing, networking • Conducting phone screens and shortlisting • Scheduling and attending internal stakeholder interviews • Conducting reference checks, booking pre-employment medicals • Negotiating offer, presenting letter of offer • Coordinating new starter onboarding
This is a busy role; to hit the ground running you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in an internal end-to-end recruitment role or HR Generalist role with strong Recruitment focus. You will require resilience and demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage candidate and internal client expectations.
