About the Company Move Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected manufacturing organisation in Rocklea that is currently implementing a new ERP system. As the business transitions to its new platform, they're looking for a detail-oriented
Accounts Administrator with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience to join the team immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on accuracy, and is confident learning new systems.
About the Role Working closely with the finance, warehouse and production teams, you'll play an important role in ensuring data integrity throughout the ERP implementation. This is a high-volume, hands-on position where attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- High-volume data entry and record maintenance
- Assisting with purchase orders, stock movements and inventory transactions
- Supporting work-in-progress and goods receipting processes
- Ensuring data accuracy within the new ERP system (Attaché)
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to support the system rollout
About You You'll have previous experience in an Accounts Administration role with exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You enjoy working with high volumes of data and are confident picking up new systems quickly, with a genuine interest in understanding and improving processes. Your strong attention to detail, organisational skills and accuracy enable you to thrive in a busy environment. You'll also be available to commence immediately and have reliable transport, as this is an onsite role based in Rocklea, Monday to Friday.
