About the Role - Shift: Afternoon, 1300hrs – 2106hrs
- Lead a team of 10–15 machine operators across five production lines, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Responsible for machine setup, production line changeovers, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
About You - An experienced machine operator with strong mechanical aptitude and leadership capabilities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural production environment.
- A confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to safety, quality, and mentoring others.
