About the Role
Reporting into the Office Manager and supporting three dynamic sales teams across Newstead, New Farm, and Teneriffe, this role is at the core of every property campaign. You’ll help drive everything behind the scenes — from coordinating photographers and signage to prepping open homes and ensuring the paperwork is tight.
You'll be trained by some of the best in the biz, and you'll learn fast — because you’re in it from day one. And the best part? No two days are ever the same.
About You
You don’t need real estate experience — but you do need passion, polish, and pride in how you show up. You’re hungry to learn, thrive in fast-paced environments, and naturally gravitate toward structure, systems, and stunning presentation. Whether it’s booking photography, signage, open homes, or managing the admin behind every campaign, you’re the type who loves a good checklist but can pivot on a dime when things get busy. You’ll be supporting three busy sales teams across Newstead, New Farm, and Teneriffe — juggling shifting priorities, updating systems like Realworks and Volt (or learning them fast!), and always representing the brand with energy, professionalism, and care.
