We’re searching for a commercially astute CFO to step in and drive a critical business turnaround. Reporting directly to the GM, you’ll be a key member of the senior leadership team—providing trusted financial counsel, driving cost reduction initiatives, and offering the kind of insights that unlock business performance.

This isn’t a sit-back-and-report kind of CFO role. It’s hands-on, strategic, and pivotal to the organisation’s next chapter. You’ll lead a lean finance team, and your remit will include coaching, capability uplift, and bringing structure and accountability across the function.

You'll work side by side with the GM, collaborate with operational leaders, and act as the primary link between finance and the broader business—ensuring decisions are backed by robust data and analysis.

You’re a finance leader who thrives in complexity. Whether it’s navigating a turnaround, partnering with investors, or building high-performing teams from the ground up—you bring clarity, calm, and commercial rigour. You have: 

• Proven experience leading a finance function through turnaround or transformation
• A track record of identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence strategic decisions
• Experience coaching and developing finance teams into high-performing units
• A collaborative leadership style that builds trust across operations, execs, and the boardroom
