About the Role
As a Construction Supervisor, you will lead projects focused on high-end residential builds, ensuring the successful delivery of homes in the $1M to $4M range. This role will allow you to apply your expertise in luxury construction while managing teams, resources, and all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction of high-end residential homes, ensuring exceptional quality and timely completion of projects valued between $1M and $4M.
- Manage on-site teams, ensuring they meet the highest safety, quality, and construction standards for luxury homes.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Optimize the use of materials, resources, and equipment to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a positive work environment focused on excellence and productivity.
- Address on-site issues and resolve challenges to ensure smooth project progression and the highest-quality results.
Our ideal fit: - Proven experience in supervising high-end residential construction projects, particularly in the $1M to $4M upwards range.
- A solid understanding of luxury home building standards, from initial design to project completion.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, resources, and complex projects.
- An unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project management.
- Completed trade cert – minimum CPC30220 and/or equivalent, AU recognized and licensed.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- A keen eye for quality and precision
