About the role You will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple builds simultaneously, ensuring completion within set budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, building strong and reliable working relationships.
- Conducting site visits, maintaining safety compliance, and documenting progress.
- Engaging with clients on a weekly or fortnightly basis, providing professional communication and customer service.
A dedicated Townhouse Supervisor position is also available, requiring prior townhouse build experience and an established trade network.
You will be provided with all the tools you need to succeed, including a fully maintained late-model vehicle (with personal use), phone, iPad, and access to leading in-house systems.
About you To be successful, you will bring:
- Trade background (carpentry highly regarded).
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (minimum Low-Rise) or Builder's Licence.
- Demonstrated experience in volume residential construction.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A reliable network of trades (essential for townhouse supervisor roles).
- Local knowledge of Queensland regions and the flexibility to work across active sites.
