About the role You will liaise with customers directly, via email and over the phone and provide exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the National Operations Manager you will work with various stakeholders including production and supply chain to process orders. Follow up with customers on order status, supply and problem solving Order / data entry, processing orders, filing Internal liaison and communication to attain order progress Problem solving, ad-hoc tasks and projects
About you Ideally you will have worked in a similar role. You will be well presented, have a confident communication style and be able to provide support over the telephone and in person. You are results driven, able to think on your feet and provide solutions. You have demonstrable accurate data entry and attention to detail skills. You are a quick learner, computer literate and able to utilise various systems. Why move?
