About the company National manufacturing and distribution organisation with head office in Yatla, experiencing transformation and significant growth. About the role This is an internal stakeholder liaison role. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will be joined by a close-knit team of Customer Sales Support Officers and support a large national team of field sales reps. With a strong customer service approach, you will receive and process orders and liaise with various stakeholders including production and supply chain. • Follow up on order status and supply • Order / data entry, processing orders, filing • Internal liaison and communication to attain order progress • Problem solving, ad-hoc tasks and projects
About you Ideally you will have worked in a similar role. You will be well presented, have a confident communication style and be able to provide support over the telephone and in person. You are results driven, able to think on your feet and provide solutions. You have demonstrable accurate data entry and attention to detail skills. You are a quick learner, computer literate and able to utilise various systems. Why move?
