About our Client
Our client is a well-established, purpose-driven organisation operating in a highly regulated environment, supporting a large and diverse workforce and volunteer network. Following a recent system consolidation, they are now undertaking a critical data migration project to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
About the role
This is a 4–6 week contract focused on migrating high volumes of employee and volunteer data from one system to another.
Working closely with the P&C Lead, Talent Manager and Volunteer Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and integrity for the transition of data.
This is a structured, repetitive role suited to someone who enjoys detail-focused work and can maintain a high level of accuracy across large datasets.
About you
You bring strong administration or data entry experience and take pride in getting the detail right. You are comfortable working across systems and managing high volumes of information without losing accuracy.
You will demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience in data entry, administration or records management
- Confidence working across systems and spreadsheets
- Ability to work autonomously in a repetitive, process-driven environment
- Immediate availability
