Support a manufacturing ERP go live across testing, stocktake, data cleansing and operational systems administration.
About our Client
We are partnering with a well established manufacturing organisation preparing for a major ERP system go live in July.
With a busy implementation phase approaching, they are looking for additional operational support to assist with data integrity, testing, stocktake activities and broader administration across the transition period.
This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working in fast paced operational environments where accuracy, urgency and attention to detail genuinely matter.
About the Role
This role will play a key part in supporting the business through a critical ERP implementation and stabilisation period.
Prior to go live, your focus will sit across data cleansing, parallel testing, stocktake support and high volume data entry to ensure system accuracy before launch.
Following implementation, you will continue supporting the wider team with system administration, data maintenance and operational support while the business moves through full utilisation of the new platform.
You will be working closely with operational and manufacturing teams, so exposure to production environments, inventory processes and manufacturing workflows will be highly regarded.
About You
You are someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and working through large volumes of information without losing attention to detail.
You understand the importance of clean data within operational environments and can confidently work across inventory, purchase orders, BOMs and stock related information.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience within manufacturing, warehouse or production environments
- High volume data entry experience with strong accuracy
- Exposure to inventory, stock control or operational administration
- The ability to review, validate and reconcile data
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Confidence learning new systems quickly
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel capability
Exposure to Attache or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded.
