We’re looking for a hardware and logistics professional with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for technical support, to join a high-performing team on a 3-month contract, where you’ll take ownership of hardware operations and support the delivery of key sales and service outcomes.
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
 
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end hardware process, including:

• Inventory control, warehouse oversight, dispatch, and freight coordination
• Managing vendor relationships and warranty processes
• Supporting internal teams with technical expertise and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with finance and stock management procedures
• Assisting with product testing and process improvements
• Selecting, purchasing, and configuring IT hardware.

Ideal Candidate:
 
We’re after someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in IT hardware/software environments and/or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management and a process-driven mindset
• Confidence working with inventory systems and technical documentation
