About the Role
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you'll be the linchpin between sales, suppliers, and operations, making sure the right stock gets to the right place at the right time. You’ll oversee inventory flow, manage incoming and outgoing hardware kits, and ensure accuracy in stock levels and documentation.
The ideal candidate will: - Coordinating the procurement, assembly, and dispatch of hardware kits
- Managing vendor relationships and monitoring product lead times
- Performing regular stock counts and reconciling records with the Finance team
- Collaborating with the sales and development teams on new product rollouts
- Providing updates and recommendations on available hardware and bundling options
About You You’re sharp, proactive, and ready to take ownership of a busy, hands-on role. You bring structure, clear communication, and a willingness to learn how the tech and tools fit together.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics operations
- Great coordination and organizational skills you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A practical mindset you don’t need to be technical but should be comfortable with hardware workflows
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to internal and external stakeholders
