With a strong emphasis on people, safety and culture, they’re looking for an experienced and pragmatic HR Partner to help lead from the front and support their frontline teams.
About the Role
This is a hands-on HR Partner role that puts you at the heart of the action. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to support all facets of the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding, through to performance management, investigations, and exit processes. You’ll provide practical, business-savvy HR advice and guide managers through complex employee relations matters, including disciplinaries and terminations. This isn’t a desk-bound role—your success comes from being visible, trusted, and actively involved in the day-to-day challenges of the workforce.
About You
You’re a seasoned HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You have a solid grounding in employee relations and feel confident managing tough conversations, investigations, and supporting leaders through tricky situations. You’re approachable, solutions-focused, and bring a commercial lens to everything you do. You understand the nuances of a casual workforce and have a practical approach when it comes to driving engagement, performance, and retention.
