About the role You will form part of the People advisory team and be reporting to the HR Business Partnering Manager. The role will see you utilise your broad generalist skills to engage with management to understand their business requirements and • Assist in the development and implementation of Corporate HR Initiatives and Projects • Provide support to managers and team leaders on performance issues and coach to successful conclusions. • Succession planning and identifying emerging leaders • Identify risk, challenges and trends and provide solutions taking a whole of group enterprise approach.
You will hold relevant HR qualifications and have gained experience with large multisite workforces and industrial environments. We expect that you will be 5 – 7 years into your HR career with a depth and breadth of exposure as a Generalist. We are looking for diversity of experience in the delivery of change programs, exposure to involvement in restructures and employee and industrial relations. You will be capable of leveraging support from senior stakeholders and have a pragmatic approach to achieve organisational goals. Your agility to pivot when required is essential to your success as is your ability to build relationships with your team and with internal and external stakeholders. You enjoy working with others and delivering on personal and team-based outcomes. You have a good sense of humour, can engage in banter but remain professional. Why MOVE?
