About the company Our client is a global organisation with Australian operations and Brisbane Head Office. They are medium sized multisite, servicing the manufacturing, resources and oil and gas sectors. About the role The HR function is actively partnering with business leaders to facilitate the move towards cross pollination business streams. You will play a key role to support the HR team and business leaders with all recruitment and coordinate HR cyclical initiatives including collating data and reporting. You will be responsible for; End to end recruitment, ensuring compliance to internal processes Developing and amending employee contracts Liaising with payroll and managers to ensure smooth on boarding Create employee records, maintaining documents. Managing HRIS Provide first level HR advice and interpretation of manufacturing award, Policies and EA interpretation. Overflow support from the HR team Any ad hoc HR projects
About you To be successful in this role you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications with 3-5 years HR and Recruitment experience in a support role. Ideally you will have come from a blue-collar environment with understanding of the application of the Fair Work Act, OH&S, interpreting awards and exposure to EBA's. You are ambitious, passionate about HR and Recruitment and wanting to add value. You take initiative and love to streamline, improve to support your team to be able to deliver business outcomes. You are resilient and not too precious, your’ always looking for opportunities to take on projects, have input and make a difference. Why MOVE?
