About the company Our client is a part of large global business with a strong position in Australia. They have a Brisbane head office and satellite sites throughout the country. They continue to expand through acquisitions and customer demand and have goals to enhance their internal and client experience through learning and systems. About the role Due to their continued growth, they now require an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the HRIS Manager you will be a key member of a close-knit team supporting the maximisation of HR Systems across the business. This involves the ongoing review and maintenance, systems optimisation, and improvement to systems of work including delivering meaningful, efficient and accurate data reporting. • Identify, analyse and troubleshoot System issues and faults. • Assist with data cleansing, preparation, and validation of data. • Conduct end-user training to build capability. • Participate in continuous improvement programs. • Interpret, plan, develop and reports. • Participate in ad hoc HR System project implementation.
You are an experienced Systems Administrator. You are great at managing systems with a focus on data integrity including the process of getting data into the system. You have strong data analytics and interpretation with the ability to notice trends and tell a story. Your background in HR and the implementation of systems and redesigning processes will give you a strong grounding and ability to hit the ground running. As you will be the key HRIS point of contact for technical support you must be able to communicate technical speak into layman’s terms.
