About the role Reporting to the HRIS Manager you will play an integral, internal client facing role in the administration of a broad range of HR Systems, reporting and projects. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HRIS process/systems and data • Identify opportunities to add value and respond to new and emerging strategic issues • You will drive improvements to HR processes and workflows to create a seamless user experience • Lead testing, review, and implementation of system maintenance, releases, upgrades, and modifications • Engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to capture user requirements and look for opportunities to drive effective HR processes and workflows.
About you It’s ideal but not essential, that you will hold tertiary qualifications in Business or related field and have a good understanding of the employee lifecycle. You will have demonstrable experience working with various HRIS systems including Success Factors and be a guru in the front and back end. We are looking for a driven and experienced HR Systems and Project lead who can problem solve and implement effective strategies to optimise user experience and meet service level agreements. To be successful in this role you will need to have strong change and project management skills as well as effective communication stakeholder engagement skills. Why move?
