About the role Reporting to the HR Manager you will be a key member of a close-knit HR team supporting the maximisation of HR Systems across the business nationally. This involves the ongoing review and maintenance, systems optimisation, and improvement to systems of work including delivering meaningful, efficient and accurate data reporting. • Identify, analyse and troubleshoot System issues and faults. • Assist with data cleansing, preparation, and validation of data. • Conduct end-user training to build capability. • Participate in continuous improvement programs. • Interpret, plan, develop and reports. • Participate in ad hoc HR System project implementation.
You are an experienced Systems Administrator/Officer. You are great at managing systems with a focus on data integrity including the process of getting data into the system. You have strong data analytics and interpretation with the ability to notice trends and tell a story.
