About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled administration member to join our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) team. This position requires a positive demeanor and a solutions-focused approach, with a strong can-do attitude that contributes to our collaborative work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all documentation and processes are meticulously managed. Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, at an intermediate to advanced level, is necessary to support our administrative tasks efficiently. Additionally, experience in document control and management, as well as handling invoicing and Outlook management, will be key to success in this role.
