About the role
This role will see you working as part of a Project Team/Working Group to help facilitate an upcoming entity transition. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and Head of Employee and Industrial Relations you will also engage with external Consultants and Partners to ensure efficient brand transition.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with leaders to identify and address change management initiatives.
- Review and renew employment contracts in line with the rebrand project initiative.
- Liaise with external salary packaging partners.
- Leverage experience in employee and industrial relations.
- Assist with the implementation of new Enterprise Agreements.
- Support managers to ensure an efficient brand transition.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
This role reports to the Manager of P&C Operations People and Culture and is crucial for achieving a smooth and effective rebranding transition.
About you
You are an HR Generalist with strong partnering skills demonstrated by your ability to effectively problem solve and provide solutions to ensure an efficient rebrand transition. You are Tertiary qualified in HR/IR or a related field and have at least 5 years in a similar Partnering or HR Generalist role. Strong knowledge of Industrial and Employment Relations practices and demonstrated experience, accurately interpreting a range of Legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements to provide high-quality and pragmatic advice.
This role requires you to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in project and change management will enable you to drive the required outcomes. This is an autonomous role requiring you to be self-driven, however, you will be working alongside other HR Business Partners and will share and leverage each other’s learnings. As you are working in a HR Business Partnering model it’s imperative you build effective relationships with your internal People and Culture team, leveraging off their specialist capability to deliver required outcomes. This role requires initiative and resilience so you must be values aligned and be driven by having an impact in the community.
