About the role This role will see you reporting to the Head of People and Culture, whilst leading a locally based Generalist HR advisory team. You will collaborate and partner with senior leaders and provide oversight and support performance discussions and outcomes, providing fit-for-purpose solutions and guidance to people issues. Partner with senior leaders and provide HR input for strategic business projects and long-term planning processes. Utilise data and metrics to help inform leaders and provide recommendations. Implement and embed HR initiatives and programs ensuring that they are clearly aligned with business priorities. Oversee all complex industrial relations investigations nationally. Mentor, coach, and build capability of the advisory team nationally. Assist with EBA negotiations. Reporting for ELT and board. Lead or support national projects and initiatives.
It’s expected that you will hold tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field and have over 10 years in an HR Generalist role. You will have led teams and supported executives across multiple jurisdictions. Ideally, you will have gained experience working in manufacturing and/or blue-collar industries. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid and effective business stakeholder relationships. You will have supported leaders through structural and cultural change management initiatives with oversight of communications. You have energy, passion and drive and love building capability of leaders and delivering on organisational outcomes. Why MOVE?
