Drive meaningful learning. Design, deliver and inspire capability growth in a people-first organisation that's serious about development.
About the Company
Our client is a well-established Australian business with an unwavering commitment to quality, people, and progress. Known for their down-to-earth leadership and forward-thinking approach, they’re an organisation that genuinely invests in growth — of both their people and their performance. You’ll be joining a workplace where learning is seen as a competitive advantage and where the development of others is at the heart of long-term success.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and hands-on role for an experienced Learning & Development professional who loves seeing capability come to life. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to identify opportunities to build skills, strengthen culture, and shape learning programs that make a genuine impact. From facilitating engaging workshops and designing e-learning modules to creating structured career pathways, you’ll play a key role in building a workforce that’s confident, competent, and ready for what’s next.
You’ll also bring a data-informed lens to learning — evaluating outcomes, measuring effectiveness, and continuously refining content to meet evolving business needs. The role offers the autonomy to innovate, influence, and create meaningful development experiences across both operational and leadership levels.
About You
You’ve built your career around helping others grow. With experience in learning and development, organisational capability, or a related HR discipline, you’re equally comfortable in the classroom, the boardroom, or on-site. You thrive on collaboration and are known for turning ideas into practical, high-impact learning solutions that stick.
You’ll bring curiosity, empathy, and credibility to every conversation — confident partnering with leaders to uncover real learning needs and designing programs that inspire lasting change. You have a natural facilitation style that engages people at all levels and a strong grasp of how to translate strategy into action. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, or Human Resources will be highly regarded, as will a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or other project-based industries is advantageous, though not essential. What matters most is your ability to build trust, connect authentically, and deliver results through people.
Why Move?
Because great learning professionals do more than deliver training — they shape how organisations think, grow, and perform. If you’re looking for a role that offers autonomy, influence, and the chance to make a lasting impact on people’s growth and success, we’d love to hear from you.
