Partner with leaders to deliver practical HR support, drive organisational change, and influence positive cultural outcomes across a diverse portfolio
About the Role
This is a hands-on partnering role supporting a diverse corporate client group through a period of transition and change. Reporting to a supportive leader within the People & Culture function, you’ll provide trusted advice and practical solutions across all areas of HR — from coaching leaders and managing complex employee relations matters to embedding new systems and supporting structural change.
You’ll work closely with leaders across corporate services to strengthen people capability, balance compliance with care, and create consistency in HR practice. Each day will bring variety — from facilitating performance discussions and leading investigations, to supporting organisational realignment, policy development, and the ongoing adoption of Workday.
This position requires a confident, capable HR professional who enjoys variety, influence, and collaboration. It’s an opportunity to contribute to a function that’s evolving, where your voice and judgement will be valued, and where you’ll play an active role in shaping positive cultural and operational outcomes.
About You
You’re an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor with relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline. Backed by a solid generalist foundation, you bring strong capability in employee relations, coaching, and organisational change — with proven experience guiding leaders through restructures, workforce reviews, or business transitions.
You’re known for your professional judgement and calm approach, capable of managing sensitive issues with discretion and confidence. You bring a sound understanding of employment legislation, Awards, and enterprise agreements, and can translate complexity into clear, actionable advice that leaders trust.
Highly organised, approachable, and solutions-focused, you thrive in environments that value initiative and collaboration. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, and exposure to large-scale change or transformation projects, will be highly regarded.
Culture Fit
The team you’ll join is collaborative, professional, and down-to-earth. They value open communication, humour, and teamwork, and they’re looking for someone who brings both capability and kindness. You’ll fit right in if you’re someone who listens first, supports others, and contributes ideas — not just problems.
Why Move?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected organisation that genuinely values its people and the difference they make. You’ll enjoy a competitive package, hybrid work options, onsite parking, and access to salary packaging benefits through a supportive not-for-profit structure. The environment encourages balance, teamwork, and professional growth, with genuine potential for extension beyond the initial six-month term.
If you’re looking for meaningful work where you can see the results of your efforts every day, this role offers the balance, challenge, and purpose you’ve been searching for.
