About the role As part of a national HR team, you will have sole responsibility for HR operations for the Eastern Creek site. You will report to the Head of People and Culture and partner with site-based leadership on all people related matters. Utilising your broad generalist skills, you will engage with management to understand their business requirements and implement processes and policies to align the HR offering with the business priorities. • Partner with senior leaders to build and lead highly effective teams. • Advise managers and team leaders on performance issues and coach to successful conclusions where required. • Negotiate outcomes for complex industrial relations matters. • Support HR cyclical initiatives. • Provide support and/or lead ad-hoc HR projects.
About you We are looking for diversity of experience in the delivery of change programs, exposure to enterprise bargaining, involvement in restructures and employee and industrial relations. You will be capable of leveraging support from senior stakeholders and have a pragmatic approach to achieve organisational goals. Your agility to pivot when required is essential to your success as is your ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to have a good level of maturity and confidence and be a self-starter to be successful in this autonomous role. Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience working in blue collar industries such as manufacturing or resources will be highly regarded. You are an engaging, approachable and consultative HR practitioner with a desire to add value and help deliver on organisation outcomes. Why move?
