About the role With the rate of organisational growth, the People and Culture team are expanding to support the needs of the business. You will report to the HR Manager as part of the advisory team and support your regional leadership group and their managers in all HR/ER matters with a focus on upskilling middle managers and help transition them to a leader led environment. Award interpretation, approving and updating contract amendments Manage, support, and advise on non-work-related injuries and develop associated plans. Research employee relations trends, legislation, and developments to ensure compliance and best application in the context of the business. Creation of simplified HR systems and processes and coaching leaders and managers in these HR reporting Support reward and recognition activities Supporting with training requirements including development and facilitation of content Managing HR compliance activities Support and lead any ad-hoc generalist HR projects and initiatives'
About you You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and have experience in a similar role. You are a confident recruiter with experience in volume recruitment. You will have run end to end recruitment processes. You will be highly consultative with a focus on delivering outcomes for your internal clients whilst providing a great candidate experience. You will be able to work in fast paced environments and move processes forward. You will need to liaise with various departments including HR and payroll as well as operations.
