You build credibility quickly with stakeholders and are comfortable working with leaders who may challenge advice or require guidance through difficult people situations. You are pragmatic, solutions focused and able to remain calm and professional in fast moving environments.
You enjoy building relationships across diverse teams and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to broader people initiatives including engagement, workforce planning and organisational development.
Experience working within large, multi-site environments or within sectors such as community services, healthcare, disability, aged care or other complex service organisations will be highly regarded.
