About the Role
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and embedding contemporary HR practices. From onboarding and recruitment through to policy development, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement, this is a role where no two days look the same. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to major projects, including the implementation of Workday HRIS, and support ongoing initiatives that will shape a positive employee experience across the organisation.
About You
You’ll hold formal degree qualifications in Human Resources (or a related discipline), supported by some hands-on HR administration experience. This may include preparing employment contracts, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining employee records. Alongside your technical foundation, you’ll bring energy, initiative, and a passion for creating impactful employee experiences. An understanding of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and HR best practices will be important, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Most importantly, you’ll thrive in a collaborative, close-knit environment where your curiosity and willingness to learn will be valued.
