Own screening, group assessments and onboarding in a high-volume environment.
About our Client
Our client is a large, well-established national organisation with a significant footprint across Queensland and a workforce that operates across multiple regions. With continued growth and operational expansion in recent years, the business has strengthened its presence and built a reputation for reliability, scale and delivery.
The Queensland operation is fast-paced and people-driven, supporting a substantial frontline workforce and working closely with leadership to ensure consistent performance across the state. Following a period of growth and internal change, they are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support ongoing workforce demand and help maintain strong recruitment momentum.
This is an organisation that values practical operators, resilience and team alignment. The environment is hands-on, collaborative and focused on outcomes.
About the role
This is a hands-on, high-volume recruitment coordination role focused on screening, facilitating structured group inductions and ensuring candidates move efficiently from application through to onboarding.
You will manage a consistent and substantial pipeline of applicants, conducting compliance-based screening calls and coordinating group induction sessions using an established framework. With a high volume of inbound applications each month, this is not a talent sourcing role. The focus is on assessment, engagement, compliance and keeping the recruitment cycle moving at pace.
The role also involves overseeing onboarding completion through internal systems and ensuring new starters are ready to commence work. It is operational, fast-paced and centred around maintaining workforce momentum in line with demand. Success in this role will come from your ability to manage volume confidently, engage candidates positively and keep the process flowing without compromising compliance.
About you
You are confident, grounded and comfortable engaging with a blue-collar workforce. You may have worked in high-volume recruitment, labour hire, workforce coordination, operations or a customer-facing environment where pace and resilience matter.
You are not fazed by volume. In fact, you thrive on it. You understand that with a strong pipeline of applicants, success comes from consistent screening, clear communication and keeping momentum. You are organised, process-driven and naturally proactive in following up, encouraging completion of onboarding and ensuring new starters are ready to go.
You are comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating structured induction sessions. While the content may be supported by systems and templates, your confidence and energy set the tone. You know how to be firm when required, yet supportive and approachable. You can hold your own, build rapport quickly and influence people to take action.
Most importantly, you bring positive energy. You understand how important first impressions are and you show up as someone who creates confidence, stability and clarity for candidates entering the business.
Culture fit
You will thrive in this role if you bring resilience, accountability and a practical, solutions-focused mindset. The environment is fast-moving and team-oriented, so a positive attitude and the ability to hold your own while supporting others is essential. This role suits someone who enjoys being in the action, takes ownership and shows up consistently with energy and professionalism.
Why MOVE?
This role sits within a large, well-established national organisation with a strong footprint across Queensland and long-term stability. You will be joining during a period of growth and change, stepping into a position that plays a critical part in supporting operational performance.
