About the organisation This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable for purpose organisation who are currently in the process of updating their rostering technology. About the role This role will sit within their Rostering team and report directly to the Rostering Manager. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to showcase their problem-solving skills in this fast-paced and evolving environment. Day to day you can expect to be performing the following activities: • Providing support to the existing rostering team members, with various tasks that may require follow up or assistance. • Escalation of queries email or phone to the appropriate team members • Reviewing rosters and checking for alignment with industry Awards, identifying any breaches, minimising overtime and resolving issues as efficiently as possible. • Organise, and consolidate induction documentation required to meet client requirements • Manage the Rostering email Inbox • Ad-hoc project related duties
About you You will have proven experience in coordination, scheduling, rostering, logistics or similar with preference given to experience within the NDIS space. A Certificate IV - Business, Disability Services or similar is ideal but not necessary. You will have the resilience to operate in an ever changing fast-paced operational environment. You will have a high level of agility and ability to operate in an ambiguous work environment, meet deadlines and multitask whilst managing priorities. With your strong customer focus flair and your excellent phone manner you will use your strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to collaborate with your team and senior level management. Advanced level administration skills, proficient in Microsoft suite including word, excel to an intermediate level. Current Blue Card and Yellow Card, or the ability to obtain one.
