About the Role
This is not a traditional sales role. Instead, it’s a unique opportunity to lead the engine room of the commercial team—ensuring the seamless flow of pricing, orders, and customer information across the business. As Sales Administration Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee the systems and processes that support product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the CCO, you’ll be responsible for managing SAP and EDI order workflows, maintaining pricing accuracy, troubleshooting order or dispatch issues, and ensuring your team responds quickly and professionally to customer needs. You’ll also work cross-functionally with Planning, Logistics, and Operations, and contribute to the launch of new products and process improvements.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, loves refining systems, and knows how to get the best out of their team—not someone chasing sales targets.
About You
You’ll bring at least 5 years of experience in sales administration, customer operations, or supply chain support, preferably within the food, FMCG, or agribusiness sectors. A confident user of SAP and EDI systems, you’re equally comfortable managing pricing files, troubleshooting dispatch or order issues, and guiding a team through the day-to-day complexities of sales operations. You’re not chasing sales targets or working the phones—you're the person behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly.
With a bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field, you’re known for your organisational skills, your ability to manage competing priorities, and your commitment to continuous improvement. You communicate clearly, lead with empathy, and enjoy creating structures where others see chaos. Most of all, you take pride in supporting internal teams and customers with precision, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Culture Fit
You'll be joining a business with a supportive, values-led culture and a genuinely collaborative leadership team. The environment suits someone who’s hands-on, resilient, and proactive, someone who thrives on getting things done and enjoys creating clarity where there’s complexity.
Why Move?
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation with clear values, excellent leadership, and a culture that genuinely invests in its people. With plenty of growth and career progression on the horizon, this role will give you visibility across the business, scope to shape best practice, and the support of a strong, connected team. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes free onsite parking and industry perks.
