About the role You will be first point of contact within a small supportive scheduling team, providing support across internal operations and external stakeholders. Day to day you will be performing the following activities, not limited to; • Managing scheduling daily runs. • Coordinate client bookings and enquiries. • To be a team player and help others when needed. • Follow all company Quality Management System Processes. • You will work on rotating roster to assist with coverage.
About you We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong administration and coordination skills. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills, necessary to translate information to both customers and employees. You will present a high level of flexibility and have the ability to multi-task in a fast past environment. You will possess good time management with ability to meet scheduling expectations.
