About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Management Accountant to play a critical role in financial performance analysis and reporting. Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider leadership team, you’ll take ownership of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while also providing commercial insights to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Driving process improvements and enhancing reporting accuracy
- Partnering with operational teams to provide financial insights
- Supporting system improvements and compliance requirements
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious accountant who enjoys blending technical rigour with commercial acumen.
About You
You are CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong background in management and financial accounting. Ideally, you’ll bring experience within manufacturing or heavy industry, with proven exposure to ERP and costing processes. Proficiency in Attache and Titan systems will be highly regarded, alongside strong Excel/BI capability. You’re detail-driven, organised, and confident engaging with stakeholders across both finance and operations.
