About the client Our client is a digital solutions organisation experiencing considerable growth and international expansion. About the role Due to their considerable growth and international expansion, they now require a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team. Initially you will be on a 6-month fixed term contract with high possibility of permanency. You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will join a high performing team and be responsible for end-to-end volume recruitment. • Posting job ads and phone screening • Identifying candidate to interview either face to face • Conducting face to face interviews in conjunction with managers • Providing managers with relevant tools and interview guides
To be successful in this role it is our expectations are that you have end-to-end recruitment and talent management experience. Experience in a fast-paced environments is favourable as is your energy and drive. We are open to industry experience but do expect that you will have volume recruitment experience.
