About the Role
This temporary role is a true end-to-end recruitment position supporting high-volume operational recruitment across the business. You will partner closely with hiring managers to manage attraction, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and recruitment coordination activities while ensuring compliance and a seamless candidate experience throughout the process.
The role will involve:
- Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across operational teams
- Partnering with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities
- Preparing and managing advertisements across job boards and digital platforms
- Screening candidates, coordinating interviews, compliance, and onboarding activities
- Managing ATS updates, reporting, recruitment administration, and data integrity
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment processes
- Building strong internal relationships across both operational and corporate teams
This role requires someone who can confidently influence stakeholders, build credibility quickly, and work effectively in an environment where priorities can evolve rapidly.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who enjoys fast-paced operational environments and can comfortably balance stakeholder engagement with high-volume coordination and administration.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within high-volume, operational, manufacturing, logistics, or blue-collar environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Confidence influencing hiring managers and driving recruitment outcomes
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Experience using ATS/HRIS platforms and recruitment systems
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- The ability to remain adaptable and solutions-focused within changing environments
