About the Role
As the Training Coordinator – Clinical Team, you’ll play a key role in the coordination and delivery of professional training programs for clinical audiences. This is a hands-on training coordination and administration role, ensuring programs run smoothly across face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.
You’ll coordinate schedules, registrations, facilitators, and venues, prepare training materials, support delivery days, and manage clear communication with participants and stakeholders. You’ll also assist with gathering feedback and maintaining accurate records to support continuous improvement across learning programs. Your work will directly contribute to the quality, consistency, and success of nationally delivered clinical training initiatives.
About You
You’re an organised and capable training coordinator, administrator, or events professional who enjoys variety and keeping programs on track. You’re confident managing logistics, systems, and stakeholder communication, and you take pride in delivering polished, professional outcomes.
You’re comfortable using technology and digital platforms, communicate clearly and professionally, and remain calm when priorities shift. You naturally anticipate what’s needed, solve problems as they arise, and bring a warm, solutions-focused mindset to your work. Reliable and collaborative, you enjoy being part of a team that values purpose, learning, and positive impact.
