At this month’s HR, Talent & Safety Leadership Round Table, we are thrilled to welcome Kylie Sprott — a seasoned transformation leader, board director, and advisor whose career spans continents, industries, and some of the most complex organisational challenges leaders face today.
Kylie is the founder of Sprott Methods, a global platform dedicated to helping leaders and businesses navigate transformation through proven frameworks, practical guidance, and access to experienced mentors. Over her career, she has held senior executive roles in six publicly listed companies and now serves on multiple boards including RSPCA Queensland (Deputy Chair), Moffatt & Nichol, and Mater Health Services, while also advising organisations such as Intellect Labs and the Queensland Futures Institute.
A specialist in culture, people and change, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation, Kylie has led the due diligence and integration of more than 30 acquisitions globally. Her experience extends across IT, financial services, engineering, legal, environmental services, animal welfare, and manufacturing, giving her a unique perspective on how different industries approach transformation.
Beyond the boardroom, Kylie is a passionate philanthropist. She has worked closely with The Smith Family in the role of Leader of Corporate Champions, served as Australian Ambassador for Willow International, and continues her ambassador role with Rainbow House Iligan in the Philippines — a children’s orphanage she actively supports.
Known for her clarity, candour, and global outlook, Kylie is also a sought-after keynote speaker and writer, regularly sharing insights with leaders navigating disruption, growth, and cultural change. Her career exemplifies what it means to lead with both strategic foresight and a genuine commitment to people.
