We’re pleased to welcome Mandy Cann and Juvena Rowe from Mission Australia as our next guest speakers for the HR, Talent & Safety Executive Round Table, hosted by Move Recruitment Solutions on Thursday 26 February.
This session brings together senior HR, IR, Talent and Safety leaders for a practical conversation on one of the most complex issues facing the not-for-profit sector today: remuneration, benefits and WGEA reporting — and what meaningful action actually looks like beyond compliance.
Remuneration in the NFP environment requires a careful balance. Enterprise Agreements, salary packaging, internal equity and attraction pressures must all be managed within tight and highly scrutinised budgets. With the WGEA reporting period approaching, many organisations are doing the work of reporting — but still grappling with what to do next.
This round table is designed to move that conversation forward. Grounded in the experience of a large, complex, purpose-led organisation, Mandy and Juvena will share practical insight into how remuneration and benefits frameworks can support fairness, transparency, retention and defensible decision-making, while remaining aligned to organisational values.
Mandy Cann, General Manager – Partnering & Employee Relations at Mission Australia, is a highly respected senior HR and Industrial Relations leader with deep experience across the not-for-profit, public and private sectors.
