Next up in our HR, Talent & Safety Executive Round Table series is a conversation you won’t want to miss. We’re bringing Kate Rogers, Group Capability Manager at ASDAM, into the room for a dynamic discussion on one of the most strategic levers in your people toolkit: your Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Great talent is getting harder to find—and even harder to hold onto. In a market where candidates are in control, flooded with opportunity and light on standout talent, your EVP is no longer background noise—it’s the headline. It shapes how you’re perceived, who you attract, and why your people choose to stay. When it’s clear, authentic, and lived day-to-day, it becomes more than just a message—it’s your unfair advantage and a strategic asset you can’t afford to overlook.
We’re excited to have Kate Rogers, a highly respected leader in HR strategy, capability building, and organisational development, join us for this session. With more than 15 years of experience across aerospace, defence, manufacturing, FMCG, QSR and retail, Kate has worked with some of Australia’s most recognised employers. She leads enterprise-wide workforce development strategies in highly regulated environments, with a focus on building capability frameworks, embedding leadership programs, and creating EVP-aligned cultures that support engagement, retention, and performance.
Kate is known for her ability to lead from both the strategic and operational frontlines—building functions from scratch, shaping national TA and L&D frameworks, and driving large-scale leadership and culture programs that create genuine, measurable change. Her work has touched everything from graduate pipelines and leadership capability to compliance, engagement and succession. What makes her perspective particularly powerful is her ability to translate big-picture thinking into actionable, scalable solutions that work for teams at all levels of the business.
In short: Kate knows what makes a modern EVP stick—across corporate, technical, and frontline environments—and she’s joining us to share the lessons, the challenges, and the strategies that work.
This HR leadership event will explore the critical role EVP plays in helping organisations attract, engage, and retain top talent, and how to position it as a long-term competitive advantage.
