Most recently operating at Chief People Officer level within a large commercial organisation, they have overseen the full remit of people strategy, industrial relations, safety and wellbeing across nationally dispersed teams. Known for bringing structure and clarity to evolving environments, they have successfully strengthened governance frameworks, uplifted safety oversight and partnered closely with executive teams and boards to manage organisational risk.

Their background includes leading enterprise agreement negotiations, navigating complex employee relations matters and embedding psychosocial risk and safety governance across operational environments. An experienced Injury Management professional with hands-on responsibility for end-to-end WorkCover claims across complex, multi-site environments.

Currently managing a portfolio of up to 65 claims, including psychological and psychosocial injuries, early intervention strategies and structured return-to-work planning. Regularly liaises with insurers, medical practitioners and operational leaders to coordinate rehabilitation pathways and progress claims appropriately through the WorkCover process.

Comfortable navigating provisional payments, working with treating specialists and guiding leaders through the practical realities of managing injured workers in operational settings. Known for a calm, solutions-focused approach and strong case management discipline.

Has a sound understanding of premium impact and reporting trends, while remaining grounded in the day-to-day coordination required to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

A CA-qualified professional with extensive, hands-on payroll expertise primarily gained in small entity NFP environments. Has managed end-to-end payroll for more than 140 staff under the SCHADS Award, including sleepovers, broken shifts, TOIL, allowances and salary packaging, ensuring compliance and accuracy across the full payroll cycle.

Recently led the implementation and optimisation of Employment Hero, reducing payroll processing time from approximately one and a half days to six hours through system improvements and process refinement. Also streamlined salary sacrifice reconciliations and strengthened payroll governance across STP, superannuation, PAYG and payroll tax.

Known for a calm, methodical approach and strong attention to detail, working comfortably with finance and HR stakeholders to ensure payroll runs smoothly while maintaining compliance and reporting integrity.
